For over thirty years, I have been proud to call Los Angeles home. Since 2006, I have been involved in residential real estate marketing and sales. Through my prior work in the entertainment industry, as a television producer, and real estate, as a salesperson, I have mastered the fine and delicate art of customer service. I have learned that service and knowledge, above all else, is what you, the customer, is most concerned with and expect.
To me, “service” involves the extra steps I take to ensure my clients are comfortable and have an understanding of my commitment to them. Rather than just going through the motions of a sale, there is a greater passion behind my commitment. It involves diligence, honesty, and integrity.
Buyers and sellers who have worked with me recognize my understanding of the complexities of a real estate transaction. My experience has helped hone and develop my ability to focus on the desired outcome of a deal. Clients have described me as a “skilled negotiator,” bringing buyer and seller together, not only for the end result of accomplishing a sale, but for maintaining the balance necessary to keep transactions in escrow and move them to a close.
The satisfaction and high level of confidence my clients have experienced during the process of buying or selling their home, has brought them back for repeat business and generated countless referrals. In 2011, I was among the top ten producing sales agents at John Aaroe Group. At the end of 2013, I ranked in the top 10% of agents companywide and in 2016, the top 5% as well as the top 10% of agents nationwide!
